Civil engineer
Job description
Responsible for the management and administration of contracts for the execution of civil construction works with national operations in the corporate market (private) in order to guarantee full compliance with the contract, with a focus on the customer. Definition and monitoring of schedules, analyzing risk maps and proposals to meet the deadlines determined in the contract.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of the necessary steps to comply with the works schedule.

- Consider possible problems of the works, avoiding extra costs, rework and delay in the schedule.

- Act in the final negotiation with suppliers to obtain the product/service within the planned cost and time frame.
- Prepare work monitoring reports with indicators for internal meeting and sending to clients.
- Represent the construction company in the interface with customers during the progress of the works.

Requirements
- Knowledge in Adobe Package, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw;
- Alignment with market trends;
- Ease in the process of creation and perception of image.
- Be flexible and agile.
- Be proactive.
- All files produced (PSD, AI, CDR...) will be saved on the company's internal network.
